– Problem Solving & Analytics.
– Incident / Problem Management using HPSM tool.
– Impact analysis understanding.
– Software Testing from Operations perspective.
– Review of release scripts / utilities /code as required.
– Release deployment support.
– Co-ordination with all internal teams.
